At YTD consumption rate in each price bracket, active inventory in each bracket broken down into Day’s worth of “active” inventory
2016 YTD 11% of the sold’s have been Cash buyers.
The shortage of inventory today, is properties under $500,000.
Sold properties under $500,000 made up 56% of the sold’s YTD 2016. Today the actives under $500,000 are at 35% of the active properties.
Properties Over $1,000,000 made up 2% of the sold’s YTD 2016 / however make up 11% of the actives. This price range has the lightest inventory at 218 days worth.

• $200,000 to $300,000 ~16~day’s
• $300,001 to $400,000 ~30~day’s
• $400,001 to $500,000 ~33~day’s
• $500,001 to $600,000 ~45~day’s
• $600,001 to $700,000 ~46~day’s
• $700,001 to $800,000 ~91~day’s
• $800,001 to $900,000 ~65~day’s
• $900,001 to 1 million ~122~day’s
• Over $1,000,001 + ~218~day’s
