SANTA CLARITA REAL ESTATE BY THE #’S

(including Stevenson Ranch) (excluding Acton & Agua Dulce)

2017 Mid year check up .. .I am asked every day “how is the market” ? As you will see that is not a simple question to answer.

A balanced market = neither a seller or buyer advantage is defined as 180 days worth of inventory.

The numbers here are for All price ranges averaged at YTD consumption rate for a specific area. You will see that for the most part, it is a strong sellers market.

  • Valencia 91355 – we have 42 days worth of active inventory
  • Valencia 91355 – we have 42 days worth of active inventory
  • Valencia 91354 – we have 59 days worth of active inventory
  • Stevenson Ranch – we have 85 days worth of active inventory
  • Newhall – we have 48 days worth of active inventory
  • Castaic – we have 65 days worth of active inventory
  • Saugus – we have 57 days worth of active inventory
  • Canyon Country – we have 58 days worth of active inventory

This is the fun part, lets look at each area at consumption rate YTD broken down by activity Under $600,000 & over $600,000 Days worth of active inventory. As you see this presents a different picture.
